At The Odell Hat Company, each hat is custom-made to reflect the individual style, fit, and preferences of our exclusive clients. Due to the personalized nature of our craftsmanship, all sales are final and non-refundable. We also do not offer exchanges or returns.
Once your order is placed and production begins, materials are sourced and tailored specifically for you. As such, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
